Anyone who has used a business on Soho’s can rate it and leave a review. Reviews are published as written. We do not edit them and businesses cannot remove them.

What the Verified badge means
A listing carries the Verified badge once we have checked two things: the business ABN against the Australian Business Register, and at least one credential such as a licence, insurance policy, accreditation or industry association membership. We re-check at each annual renewal. Listings without the badge have not been checked. Standard published 6 August 2026.
What we check, by trade
Which credential we ask for depends on the work. These are the documents we accept, and we ask for at least one before the badge is issued.

The Soho’s Kudos Award
One award, judged on results rather than opinion. The winner is the listing that generated the most enquiries and bookings through Soho’s over the 12 months to 31 May. To qualify, a listing must have been live for at least six months and have received at least 20 enquiries. The first award will be presented in June 2027.

The winner receives a badge for their listing, website and email signature, and a feature article about their business.
