Common questions

Which areas do they cover?

Sydney wide, with the site naming the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Inner West, Lower North Shore and the St George area, and listing suburbs from Bondi and Rose Bay through to Hurstville and Chatswood.

How quickly can someone get to me?

The business states it aims to reach customers in around 30 minutes for emergency lockouts, subject to where you are.

Can they change locks rather than replace them?

Yes. Rekeying is offered, which replaces the pins and springs inside the existing cylinder so the old keys no longer work.

Do they do access cards and fobs?

Yes. They clone key fobs and supply RFID badges, swipe and access cards used for building access, gyms, retail, photocopiers and time clocks.

Are they licensed?

The site lists security licence 000101902 and ABN 65 164 822 670.
