AORI is a modern Japanese restaurant at 39 Lime Street on King Street Wharf, Sydney, with a woodfired grill and sushi bar. It opens for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday and suits date nights, client lunches and group celebrations.
AORI is from the team behind Wild Sage, Callao and Alegre. Head Chef Jungbae Cho and Head Sushi Chef Yusuke Aoki lead the kitchen, with the sushi drawing on traditional Edo-style technique.
