Callao is a Japanese Peruvian (Nikkei) restaurant at International Tower One in Barangaroo, Sydney. It serves lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday for date nights, group celebrations and business lunches.

The venue
Callao is on the ground level of International Tower One at 100 Barangaroo Avenue, with a dining room facing the waterfront and an open kitchen. The restaurant is fully licensed with a cocktail list and does not offer BYO. Its meat is Halal certified; a few dishes contain alcohol-based sauces and one contains pork, and fully Halal meals can be prepared on request. The dress code is smart casual.

How do I book?
Book online through Callao’s SevenRooms booking page or call 02 8529 8996. If you are running late, call ahead, as tables are held for 20 minutes.
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
Seating is 2 hours for up to 5 guests and 2.5 hours for 6 or more. Groups of 6 or more need a banquet menu and have a 10% gratuity added. Bookings for up to 5 can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead, and 6 or more up to 5 days ahead, to avoid a $50 per person fee.
Are there surcharges?
A card surcharge of up to 1.8% applies, plus 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays.
Are children welcome?
Yes, kids are welcome at Callao.
Where can I park?
There is no dedicated parking. Nearby options include Sun Parking at 261 to 293 Kent Street, Secure Parking at King Street Wharf and Wilson Parking on Kent Street, all under a 5 minute walk.
