Urgent work is what we are built for. We have organised back door repairs for a bank branch on Lord Howe Island after it was found open late at night, opened the locks on a medical safe in Werribee within 30 minutes of the work order, and replaced seven doors in Rockingham inside a couple of days after tenant damage.

Based at 5 Luscombe Way, Coogee, WA 6166, with coverage in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. We partner with local trades and suppliers in each area, which keeps the work and the money in that community.

Credentials

Members of the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders. Every tradesperson is fully qualified, licensed, insured and police cleared. Reusable materials such as locks, hinges and fittings are donated to charities rather than thrown out.

Do you work on homes as well as commercial buildings?

Yes. Residential work covers brick paving, gutter cleaning, painting, plumbing and gas, hanging doors and pictures, and general home maintenance.

Are your tradespeople licensed and insured?

Yes. All are fully qualified, licensed, insured and police cleared.

Can you set up an ongoing maintenance contract?

Yes. We do one-off jobs and monthly or bi-monthly contracts tailored to your building and your budget.
