How a booking works

You choose a package and submit an enquiry, then pay a deposit to hold the date. Confirmed bookers are sent a location guide of picnic spots around Sydney. On the day the team styles the setup before you arrive, and comes back at the end of your booking to collect everything.

How much notice do they need?

Same-day bookings can often be accommodated depending on availability and location. In spring and summer the business suggests booking up to four weeks ahead.

What does a picnic cost?

A couples set-up only package starts from $320 plus GST, and from $385 plus GST with catering included. Proposal picnics start from $500 plus GST for set-up only. Group picnics for ten guests or more are $60 per person plus GST. All advertised prices exclude GST, which is added to the final invoice.

How quickly will an enquiry be answered?
