Visiting the showroom
Showroom visits are by appointment so a specialist is set aside for you and the fires you want to see are lit before you arrive. Secure parking is arranged on arrival, as the complex is gated. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with Sundays and public holidays by appointment.
