How does quoting work?

Esmayel can usually inspect the job in person within 24 hours of your call, or give a rough figure over the phone. You then receive an itemised written quote at a fixed price, signed by both parties before work starts. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

What warranty comes with the work?

Completed jobs carry a five-year workmanship warranty backed by Dulux, issued as a written certificate when the job is finished. Before painting, floors, fixtures and furniture are photographed and covered under the business’s Not-a-Scratch Guarantee, and anything damaged is replaced.

Can they help me choose colours?

Yes. Upscale arranges a Dulux colour consultation for clients who want one and covers the cost, so it is free to you.

How soon can a job start?

Work usually begins within a week of the quote being accepted, and a next-day start is sometimes possible depending on availability. Exterior jobs are best planned for autumn or spring.
