Yuan Sense is a mindfulness and sound meditation studio in Crows Nest on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. The studio runs singing bowl meditation sessions alongside mindful tea tasting and agarwood incense experiences, organised around the five senses: taste, smell, hearing, sight and touch. No previous meditation experience is needed.
Sessions use harmonic singing bowl sounds to create a calm setting for meditation. Rather than being asked to concentrate or control your thoughts, you simply close your eyes and listen. Prices and package availability are listed on the studio’s website, where sessions can be booked online.
The studio is at SE101, 11-15 Alexander Street, Crows Nest. Parking is available in the nearby Woolworths car park, with two hours free. You can text 0404 128 894 or email [email protected] with questions.
