Charleston’s describes itself as Australia’s first travelling art auction house, bringing works to capital cities and major regional centres through live online auctions. It guarantees the authenticity of its catalogues and says it holds membership of the industry’s peak bodies. Alongside buying, the business helps people hold a home contents auction of their own. Danny Taibel is a director and auctioneer.
Auctions run live online, and Charleston’s travels to capital cities and regional centres across Australia, including Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

It is the other side of the business. Charleston’s auctions quality pre-owned household items, from furniture to decorative homewares, and can help you hold an auction of your own contents.
