Work inc is a coworking space in Lavender Bay, on the North Sydney side of the harbour, offering private offices and dedicated desks inside six warehouses joined by heritage archways at the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Founder Mark Davidson first fitted out an office for his own business here and later opened it to local startups, and the space has now been running for 11 years.

How much does an office at Work inc cost?

Private offices start from $900 per month plus GST per person, and dedicated desks from $750 per month plus GST. Work Hub pricing is on enquiry, and memberships are billed as a single all-inclusive invoice.

Do I have to pay for a desk for every employee?

No. You pay for the number of desks your team uses at once rather than your total headcount. A business with 10 staff and 4 in the office at a time would pay for 4 desks.

How do I get there by public transport?

Milsons Point and North Sydney stations are each about 400 metres away, and Victoria Cross Metro and several bus routes are also close by. It is one train stop from the Sydney CBD.

Can I see the space before joining?

Yes. Tours are booked online through the Work inc website, where you can walk through the offices, desks, cafe and amenities with the team before choosing a membership.
